Exclusively placed just steps from the beautiful Troncones Beach in a tropical garden setting, Villa de Belleza awaits a peaceful escape to take in the incredible views the Pacific has to offer.
Ideally situated on the first floor, the Villa’s five bedrooms, four bathrooms provide luxury accommodation for anywhere from 2 to 10 guests. Beautiful wood cathedral ceilings adorn the open floor plan in the living and dining areas along with a fully equipped kitchen, including a five-burner gas stove, large hammered copper farm-style sink and large butler’s pantry. Dining table accommodates up to ten guests. This space is perfect for couples or families.

For those days that you may want to take a break from relaxing poolside with your book…there are many options for adventure whether it be yoga, premier sport fishing, hiking, surfing/bodyboarding, local cooking classes, baby sea turtle releases or romantic sunset horseback rides on the playa, there is a little something (or nothing) for everyone!
Villa de Belleza is just a peaceful walk from all your necessities, with amazing restaurants, local cenadurias, grocery markets, a local artisan’s market and cafés nearby. Each day the Villa is fully cleaned and reset by our amazing staff so you can give your full attention to how best to enjoy your day.

Villa Rates
Our standard rates are $4,000/week USD or $600/night during high season (November – May).
Significantly discounted rates apply during Peak Surf Season (June – October).

Getting to Troncones
Airport: The closest airport is Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo (ZIH). There are many direct flights from many major airports and depending on the time of year (high or low season) they will vary in frequency and time. Connecting through Mexico City is an easy alternative as the flight is just under an hour from Mexico City to Zihuatanejo. The airport is about a 40 minute drive to Troncones Beach.
Taxi: The airport taxi service can be arranged at the airport or if you are interested in renting a car there are many options. Taxi fares range from $60-80 USD for a one-way trip to Troncones. Be sure if you decide to use a Taxi that you go to the formal Taxi booth at the airport to assist in arranging your ride. Tips for your driver are appreciated.
Car Rental: You can rent a car in advance at the airport rental agencies (Thrifty, Payless, Budget), or there are other excellent local options that are just outside the airport parking lot as well. Contact information for this vendor is available upon request. Rates will vary based on the time of year and vendor selected, but the average price is approximately $60+/day.

Troncones is now the venue of choice for food lovers with its array of unique and delectable local restaurants and upscale full service kitchens and bars along the beach – all within easy strolling distance of your Villa. If food preparation is your desire, hail the fruit and fish trucks as they pass by from La Majahua, and prepare your own authentic dish in our open air gourmet kitchen.
Troncones has escaped the commercialization and rampant tourism of many coastal towns, but is only a short 35 minute drive from Ixtapa international airport.
